Order cancellations
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, you must follow our returns policy.
Returns policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in saleable condition, in the original packaging, and unopened. Your item must also include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will notify you of the refund status after inspection. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer. If we cannot refund you using the original method, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Shipping on returned items
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any returned or exchanged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
International customs charges
If you are returning goods internationally, please mark them as “RETURNED GOODS” to help avoid customs charges. Any international customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Yumchaa does not take responsibility for these charges.
Lost or damaged goods
Please contact us immediately if your goods arrive damaged or do not arrive within the expected time. If goods are faulty, we will refund you for the items, including postage, or we may offer a replacement at no charge. Once shipped, responsibility for the parcel lies with Royal Mail until it arrives with you. Yumchaa is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or theft during delivery. We take great care with packaging, but we cannot guarantee items will arrive in perfect condition.
If your items remain unclaimed at your local post office for 14 days and are returned to us, Yumchaa reserves the right to charge a handling fee for re-posting.
Promotional codes
Discount codes must be entered at checkout in the “voucher code” field. Yumchaa cannot be held liable for discounting an order if the code is not applied at checkout.
